When to use
For the temporary relief of mild arthritis, strains, sprains, bruising and pain of the joints and muscles.
Also effective to relieve congestion of nasal sinuses and chest.
How to Use
Step 1: Apply a small amount to the affected area.
Step 2: Massage gently until absorbed — 2 to 3 minutes.
Step 3: Repeat 2–3 times daily, or as required.

Tim Dean is a Doctor of Chinese Medicine and holds a Master of Applied Science in Chinese Herbal Medicine from RMIT University in Melbourne.
He has practised as a registered Acupuncturist and Remedial Masseur for over 30 years across Australia, China, the USA, South Africa, and Brazil.
He is a registered member of AACMA and AHPRA, and currently consults from the Sunshine Coast, Queensland.

- How often can I use it?
2–3 times daily or as required. Safe for regular use.
- Can I use it after sport?
Yes — ideal for post-training recovery. Apply within 30–60 minutes after training for best results.
- Can I use it with acupuncture?
Absolutely. Many of Tim's patients use the balm between appointments to extend the benefits of their treatment.
- Is it safe for sensitive skin?
Perform a patch test first. Discontinue use if irritation occurs. Not recommended for children under 12 or during pregnancy without medical advice.
