Soft Paraffin BP, Wintergreen Oil (Methyl salicylate), Camphor Oil (Oleo Cinnamomum camphora), Eucalyptus Oil (Oleo Eucalyptus globulus), Menthol.
Apply a small amount to affected area, as needed, and rub in.

For blocked sinus or stuffy chest, you can apply to chest, neck or upper back.
